Returns
We accept returns within 7 days of delivery. To qualify for a return:
- The item must be unused, unopened, and in its original condition.
- Packaging must be intact and unbroken.
Please Note:
- Returns due to change of mind are not accepted.
- Due to the nature of our products (especially herbal or personal care items), returns for opened or used items are not allowed.

How to Arrange a Return
To initiate a return:

- We will provide return instructions and, if applicable, a return label.
- Pack the item securely and either attach the provided return label or clearly write the return details on the package as instructed.
Refunds
Once we receive and inspect your returned item, we will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.
- If approved, your refund will be processed to your original payment method within 7 business days.
Non-Returnable Items
The following items are non-returnable and non-refundable:
- Items that have been used, opened, or are not in original condition
- Customized or personalized products
- Final sale or discounted clearance items
- Gift cards
Damaged or Defective Items
If your item arrives damaged or defective, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery. We will gladly offer a replacement or refund, based on product availability and your preference.
